◆ An experienced CPA, 6 years of experience as a controller of local & global companies, delivering complex corporate financial services: budgeting, financial modeling, planning & reporting, taxation, monitoring financial activities (i.e. SOX), and developing & maintaining investors & stakeholders’ relationships.
◆ Well versed in due diligence processes, and international, US & Israeli accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS…)
