WP JWPlayer

I run a live streaming WP site and want to be able to embed live video streams once i post them to the site, site address is http://www.threewhites.com/

I use jwplayer ADS edition. each post should be able to be tagged with a tick if the post is to be embedded into facebook or twitter, there should also be a choice. I am trying to show live streams within facebook or twitter

i currently stream video live from a CDN to a jwplayer ADS version on the site. each video stream is a post. I also have archived video that are stored as vod on the CDN. I would like the ability to embed these videos and streams on facebook or twitter and be able to decide this by way of a tick box on the post. I already have autopost to twitter set up, Yoast with social media ticked and I have the jwplayer facebook player at

I havent configured og tags for embedding.
