Transform an English , Zend Framework PHP site to Hebrew

We need a PHP developer with knowledge of Zend Framework to translate a website from English to Hebrew. The content was translated to Hebrew already, but we'll need your help to do the RTL switch and making sure it's working correctly with the DB.
Once the first phase of the project will be done we'll need more ongoing freelance work to add features and new modules for the Israeli market.
