Windows SNMP Server software

The Server should collect information from few hundred SNMP agents, which are portable devices, connected to Ethernet-like network.
The server should provide a web user interface to notify a defined users on net events, view collected data and configure all of those devices.
It shall be possible to connect an additional program module for processing data received from agents in accordance with an algorithm that will be defined later.
