A designer for a HTML5 Mobile website

We are currently re-branding our corporate website, and also developing an optimized mobile version of the site, based on the Sencha Touch platform.
This mobile site shall be offered to customers using smartphones as well as tablets to use it.

This project is already underway. We understood that we need a dedicated professional to support us, as our in-house capability falls short of the quality and creativity we would like the site to express.

We are looking for an expert mobile designer, available to start immediately.
The expected deliverables are:
1. Wireframe mockups for the design and navigation scheme for smartphone in portrait mode, and tablet in both portrait and landscapse modes
2. UX guidelines provided to the Web programmers that indicate, for all the pages, the location of controls, navigation, and how to break sequences of operations that currently take several screens.

Our team in spread around the Planet, in time zones GMT+2, and GMT+3. You need to be available to communicate during the workday at least a couple of hours with us...
