experienced freelancer in Joomla.....

its a corporate english website with nothing special about it, about 20 pages...however it has to be responsive.

The freelancer will go with me to at least on meeting where he/she will be "my partner", with a few sites in joomla that can be shown.

The freelancer will know programming and know how to "tweak" joomla if need be, will know which plugs-ins to choose

and will understand the responsive website and choose the proper template.
