Looking for freelancer to work on a new site using Adobe's Business Catalyst

I am a marketing consultant and offer a complete range of online and print solutions
to my clients with the aim of growing their business and demonstrating measurable results.

Adobe's Business Catalyst (http://www.businesscatalyst.com/) offers an innovative solution to SME's incorporating a CMS, analytics, email marketing, web hosting and ecommerce. Adobe offer a few 'standard' templates on offer, but to really benefit from the power of the system, you need to create your own templates.

I work with a graphic designer who creates PSD's which need to be translated to the Business Catalyst (BC) world. BC works using standard HTML / CSS and incorporating 'tags' in the HTML code which indicate where to insert the dynamic content which can be managed by the user.

I am looking for someone who is an expert with the Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamweaver in particular. He/she will be expected to take the PSD's and create BC templates from them including updating the CSS for the various BC modules which we will use. It will require someone who is prepared to learn Adobe's Business Catalyst environment but this investment is expected to pay off by working with us in the future on new projects. Knowledge of javascript and other web coding languages will be an advantage.

My first BC project will be for a customer who is a radiologist and wants to set up a multi-lingual site offering to read X-rays, ultrasounds and CT scans and give second opinions. The site will be fairly simple (Home, About, Services, FAQs, Order Now, Contact) since he only offers one service however it must allow for a clear 3 step process:
- Select urgency (3 day or 24 hr)
- Make payment online
- Upload files
The site will initially be in English and Ivrit with other languages being added later. The target market is Israel and New York State (where the radiologist is licensed).

You will be expected to learn BC and in particular how we can implement multilingual and Right to Left templates. My graphic designer will design the site and I want to know what budget you envision to take these PSD's and implement them in Business Catalyst together with the file upload and payment functionality.
