English to Hebrew Translation - Nutrition / Pharmaceuticals - Trados

I am looking for an experienced translator to undertake a translation and review of a series of pet food labels for an international client. There are around 300 unique words to translate however extensive checking and commenting is required for the client.

Requirements
- Ivrit mother tongue
- Trados user (source files are in Trados)
- Available at the beginning of next week (immediate project start)
- Experienced translator
- Extensive knowledge and experience of pharmaceuticals / nutrition terminology
- Professional association / accreditation desirable
